Famous artist Albert Handell will teach January painting class in Galveston
Galveston Art League will host Handell’s four-day workshop Jan. 18-21. Each day he will demonstrate in oil from 9:30 a.m.-noon, with students getting individualized instruction as they paint in oils or other media from 1-5 p.m.
