The Galveston Art League welcomes back Motoyuki Noguchi of Niigata Japan, who will bring us a workshop to build your own Taiguruma, fish cart lantern. This 4 day event will take place November 18, 20, 21, and 22, from 9:00 am-4:00 pm. All materials will be provided.
