Sharon’s love for animals and the Texas coast has been the inspiration for many of her photographs.
Her first experience in photography was with a disposable camera her grandmother gave her, and after having the film developed, she was hooked for life. Sharon is self-taught but through the years she has taken online photography courses and multiple workshops learning different and new techniques. Sharon enjoys experimenting with editing and Digital Art and anticipates new technological advances in photography. Sharon shoots with a Canon R5, Canon 5D Mark III and iPhone.
Sharon is a member of the Galveston Art League, Professional Photographer’s Association, and the Texas Photographic Society. You may find her work exhibited at the Galveston Art League Gallery in Galveston, Texas.
