Doug Brooker has spent over fifty years mastering the art of visual storytelling. As a former PBS and freelance television producer, director, and writer, his career has taken him to the world’s biggest stages—including sports production and management at ten Olympic Games – plus he’s won two Emmy Awards for his productions. A passionate author and visual artist, Doug has also written and photographed three baseball coffee table books and traveled to fifty countries in pursuit of unique cultural experiences.
Today, Doug has channeled his decades of media experience into a new creative outlet: photography. Driven by a deep curiosity for the world, his images are designed to be visual narratives. Through his lens, Doug aims to capture fleeting moments that tell a story, evoke emotion, and invite the viewer to pause, wonder, and ask: “What is happening in this moment?”
